Edith Pollock Karsky is retiring from her position as Executive Director of the Connecticut Association for Community Action (CAFCA). She has been with CAFCA since 1990, and was a key leader in advocacy for the needs of limited income people and their families in Connecticut for decades. CAFCA Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of most months. The next board meeting is Thursday, April 18, 2019 in the River Room at 213 Court Street, Middletown, CT
