The Bush Administration has proposed elimination of the Community Services Block Grant. This would have serious consequences that would shred the social safety net for low-income people and would also hurt our local economies. The following fact sheets describe the current impact of CSBG in the state and our local communities and documents the programs for low-income people that would be lost if CSBG is eliminated.
