CT CAPs (Connecticut Community Action Profiles) is the official newsletter of CAFCA.  It serves both as a tool for member agencies to communicate with each other and a catalyst to mobilize resources and achieve institutional sensitivity regarding the needs of the poor.  Included on our mailing list are staff of our member agencies, directors of human service programs across the state, legislators, and state agency staff.  Our goal is to increase local partnerships among supporters and providers of service to low-income people.
