HRA's food and resource center receives $1,000 donation

The Human Resources Agency of New Britain (HRA) Food and Resource Center (NBFRC) received a $1,000 donation from the Achieve Financial Credit Union. Established in 2009, the NBFRC helps to increase food security by providing a holistic safety net of services to those who need help in a variety of areas. It feeds about 1,200 people annually and is location at 460 Osgood Avenue in New Britain, CT. HRA is the Community Action Agency serving limited income individuals, children, families in the Greater New Britain and Bristol area.
