The Connecticut Association for Community Action, Inc. (CAFCA) announced New Board Officers and its Interim Executive Director.
CAFCA has named Rhonda Evans Interim Executive Director. Rhonda has worked with CAFCA as the Deputy Director for many years supporting and promoting the values of the Community Action Agency Mission. Rhonda holds a Bachelors of Science degree from University of Connecticut, is a Certified Community Action Professional and a Results Oriented and Management (ROMA) trainer.
The CAFCA Board also has announced the election of its new Board Officers.
The new CAFCA Executive Committee is as follows:
Chair: Amos Smith, Community Action Agency of New Haven
Vice Chair: Michelle James, Community Action Agency of Western Connecticut
Secretary: Peter DeBiasi, Access Community Action Agency
Treasurer: William Rybczyk, New Opportunities Inc.
